This focus allows you to seamlessly connect the dots on all the tasks that you must complete in order to accomplish those goals, whether it be weight loss or earning more money.

Your motivational dream board forces you to become resourceful by making you aware of things that can help you accomplish your goals and creating one to help you drop extra pounds is no different.
